If your mower is surging like that, that is the governor struggling to find the right RPM at idle, and you probably need to clean the carburetor out to fix it. It isn't too hard, but may take a few hours to figure out if you've never done it before. There are vids on youtube.

Better change oil more often than to rely on any sort of flushing agents.

New oil wont remove sludge

Engine oil gets darker when heated, I believe it's oxidation...project farm shows how when heated in a controlled environment, no carbon the oil still changes to a dark color.

This makes so much sense but my Honda has very sensitive pressure switch if not more that I’m afraid this may create more problems. So now I’m thinking about just removing the valve covers and oil pan instead. On my 1998 diesel truck I will definitely try this product.

When are draining your oil, you never really ever fully emptying the oil out of the car. So old old will always remains.

When is the best time to do that? My Rogue has 60K miles, and I'm planning to flush the engine oil at 75K miles before transitioning to a high mileage oil. Also, I'm using fully synthetic oil, and is it safe to push it to 7500 miles before changing oil? Because I believe that gasolines has longer change oil intervals than diesels.

So do you drain the oil first and then fill it up with Holy moly and then run it for 15 min and then drain and then fill it up again with oil (4.7 ltr?) and then run it again for 15 min and then drain it again and lastly fill it up with your favorite synthetic oil???

Does the engine flush safe for the old engine?

Get a bypass oil filter, or a centerfuge filter.

You almost get the idea that you should do moren then one Oil-change, when you change the oil. I have seen several video's on this Item. To clean your engine you should do 3 at a minimum

I've been told never to fill the engine with new oil when the engine is HOT. It burns the clean oil I assume. Maybe? Not really certain is what I'm certain of.

No oil can last 20K miles . Synthetic oil also needs to be changed after 10k Kms or 8K Miles . This prevents any sludge buildup

Almost all car manufacturers suggest you dont use this crap. Keep up with your maintainence, then you won't need this stuff.

It's pointless doing sludge removal if you adhere to 20k mile oil changes after. Back to sludge again. Better off doing 5000mile oil & filter after the sludge removal and residue oil changes.

Im 35 yrs ole but back days we just flush our engines with red disel 2x (1st with oil 2nd just with disel). Never had any problems with engines 😅😅😅

Lol, four-year-old oil? OMG it should have been changed after a 30-minute run, then at least at the 5-hour mark, and further as recommended. There will be a lot of engine metal in that sample.

If you want to go step further, change your oil after a long trip as in one hour or longer of highway driving.

I use semi synthetic in my Barra 6, and every 3rd flush, i will use a quality mineral oil to keep the bores in good shape. The regular oil i ise is a diesel 10-40 with more detergents in it

A funnel might come in handy, for putting the oil in.

I would wager 4-5k mile oil changes and this wouldn't be the case.

Unless you remove all oil, which you're not, otherwise a final flush wouldn't be needed, you're only halving the residue for each and ever oil change after the flush. So yes, residue is still there, just half. Exponential reduction yes, but no residue, no.

The 4th oil change sample is darker due to Liqui Moly Sludge Remover addition. Other wise 126 miles would not effected to change the color to darker. Sludge remover is no doubt better than Engine Flush because it has properties which make this to desolve anything in it other than metal.

I have Honda cg 125 cc bike suddenly there was a bad sounds from engine started to come , machinists said gear box has to be changed. But I just did engine flush by Liqui Moly engine flush and put new engine oil of Liqui Moly ..since than no bad sounds from engine ❤ thanks God

If the oil in last comes dark through engine flush in last round then you can heat up some engine oil with engine sludge and see the colour changes to dark or not we can't trust companies do we anyways do post that video
